I know that the '-' key is a bastard in Windows. I always have to catch it
manually for my zoom/increment/decrement actions.

BTW I changed the toolbar colour depth to 24 bits because the TortoiseMerge
toolbar is 24 bits too. I thought it would not cause extra work. Sorry, but
I hope the result is acceptable :-)
