Bug in stats? - commit-treshold is doubled compared to the actual commits

Hi All!

I'm using the Nightly - TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 5730 - 32 Bit -dev and
I only just noticed this now, although this bug could have been there
for a while...

When I'm viewing the statistics it appears to me that the commit
treshold, needs to be set to twice the percentage of commits done by an
author, to move that author to the "others" group.

What I did:
Analyzed commits: 1959.
User1 has committed 377 revisions of those = 19.24%
Now setting commit threshold to:
19%: User1 not moved to "others" group as expected.
20%: User1 not moved to "others" groud - this is NOT expected (or is
it?)
38%: User1 not moved to "others" group.
39%: User1 moved to "others" group.

Thanks a lot for a great product - I really like the new revision graph
(it is actually the reason why I started using the nightlies)

Reards,

Carsten
