Deleting a modified file from the commit dialog

Hi

If I right click a modified file in the commit dialog, I can choose
"Delete", but if I do an error pops up telling me that the file has
local modifications. I cannot choose to force deletion. Suggestions:

1) Make me able to choose to delete it or not after a warning that the
file has changed, like the ordinary delete operation.
2) Remove the "delete" option from the context menu in this dialog.
