Hi Stefan.

TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 5701 - 32 Bit -dev
Subversion 1.3.0,

Win2K dual core box.

I notice on startup before running Explorere that TSVNCache does not
crawl at all. Is this planned behavior?
