64-bit version needs to include (and register) 32-bit shell extension too...

I normally add new files to svn from DevStudio's
File / Add dialog box... and since I only have
the 64-bit TSVN installed at the moment, and
DevStudio is 32-bit, that doesn't work (of
course.)

It's the reverse problem to the old it doesn't
show up in 64-bit explorer...

I think we will need to install both the 32-bit and
64-bit shell extensions...
