Revision Graph nightly report

I have been running TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 5662 - 32 Bit -dev and have
tested the revision graph a bit.

Nice work with the "Arranged by paths"-option! With the "tags"-handling
added I think we are getting near as-good-as-it-gets when it comes to
auto lay outing.

One issue though. I would like to see the columns ordered left to right
by when the first item is created. This would make the graph "grow" from
bottom left towards the top and right, and the lines (and distance
between related items) would on average become significantly shorter ( =
better graph).

An example of this is when plotting /trunk/ in the test-repository built
by BuildRevisionGraphTestRepo.bat (from rev 5394). The trunk ends up in
column #12, as it is created first I would like to see it as #1.
TestBranch1 is in #3, I think it should be #2. /tags/V1 is #8 and should
be #3 and so on...

New bug noticed: (Probably related to the other drawing-issues?) When
the graph is bigger than the window, the "thumb grip" appears *twice* in
the bottom right corner of the window. Once in the space between the
scrollbars, and once on the graph-area itself. Looks kinda funky. :-)
