Can you help me?

Hello,everyone!

    I'm very interested in the open source project named 'TortoiseSVN',so I
intend to download it's source code from your subversion repository and
compile them myself.however,when I get everything ready according to the
file 'build.txt' in the sourcecode files and compile them, the errors occur,
the compiled log can be found in the attachments. Could you help me resolve
it? Or Could you tell me the correct procedure to compile them? Thank you
very much!
