Feature Request: Select lines to blame in TortoiseMerge

From: Joseph Galbraith <galb_at_vandyke.com>

So I'm reviewing code for check-in and looking at
the wonderfully obvious bug I just fixed, and
thinking, how in the world did that get there?!?

And I thought, wouldn't it be cool, if right here,
I could select a small range of lines and right click / blame
them! (I think svn can do blames on a subset of a file
at the api level, can't it?)

Anyway, while I'm on the topic of blame, I don't
know whether SVN can do this one or not, but it
would be really cool to be able to be able to
ask, "what was the previous time this code changed?"

Maybe the right way to word the feature request is
reblame this file, on use the revision just before
the one that generated the currently active blame
informaiton.

Does that make sense?

Thanks,

Joseph
