Tortoise fails to authorise with german umlauts in Password

Hi,

a little but not critical bug in TortoiseSVN 1.3.1, Build 5521 - 32 Bit.

Server ist Subversion 1.3 and Apache under Windows 2003 to allow integrated
windows authentification. If the windows password contains a german umlaut
(ä,ö,ü...) Tortoise fails to submit the password correct. There is no
Errormessage, you simply get the authorisation request again and again. Access
to the Repository via the url http://nawsv010:81/svn.

Authorisation via Internet Explorer is successfull. Removing the umlaut from
the password also circumvents the bug in Tortoise.

IMHO without knowing anything of the code, there might be an incorrect
encoding e.g. ANSI while Apache expects unicode or vice versa.

Thanks for the otherwise premium subversion client.
