Repo browser should not allow wc-only revision keywords (PREV, BASE, and COMMITTED)

The revision keywords PREV, BASE, and COMMITTED are meaningful for
working copies only, not for urls. However, you can still enter them in
the repo browser, resulting in a cryptic error message:

http://server/repo/Error * Can't check path 'http://server/repo': The
filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

Maybe the revision picker should not allow these keywords in the first
place for the repo browser?
