No. That's the last changed revision of that branch/tag/trunk/whatever.

If you could provide detailed information about this, I could reproduce
and fix it. Maybe you can create a script to generate such a situation?

Yes please! The revision graph is very complicated, and without a good
test recipe, I can't reproduce and fix bugs there.
