Fixed for files, but not for folders. Tested this with 1.3.2.5567 (nigthly
build) for Subversion 1.3.0 with the global ignore pattern "*/_ReSharper*
*/bin */obj */_sgbak *.resharperoptions *.suo". E.g. "bin" folders are still
being imported. Please fix this in the upcoming version! Thank you very much
