Feature Request: Ability to drag folders/files to commit dialog

I would like to drag files to the commit dialog so that they can be committed in the same transaction as other files already listed in the commit dialog.

This would allow fast commits when the modified files are not close together in a directory structure. This can be accomplished by committing from the common parent directory, but this may require TSVN to scan several folders/files that either don't need to be committed, or I'm not interested in committing.
