Clarify labels for builtin diff/merge tools

Hi Stefan,

Here is a really trivial request ;-)

The settings for diff, merge and unified diff have radio buttons for:
(*) Builtin ( ) External

I think diff and merge should show:
(*) TortoiseMerge ( ) External
Because there is no other alternative builtin program that could be used.

Unified diff should show:
(*) Default ( ) External
and I will have to explain in the docs about looking first for the .diff
file association and then .txt

BTW, would anyone have .patch registered with a unified diff viewer but
not .diff? I guess it's unlikely, so no need to check for that extension
before .txt
