Latest MSI (1.3.1) has ICE error/warnings

Hi,

I just ran a "Full MSI Validation Suite" validation using Orca
(V3.1.4000.1830) on the latest TSVN installer (1.3.1) and it reported an
ICE64 error and several ICE82,ICE83 warnings. Maybe something to keep an
eye on?
