BUG: Show Log: Cannot select earlier From date from calendar widget; it just beeps at you

Bug identified against builds: 1.3.0,
TortoiseSVN-1.3.1.5510-dev-svn-1.3.0.msi

Description: When trying to select an earlier From Date in the Show Log
tool, I am unable to select an earlier date. Clicking anywhere on the
calendar results in no action and clicking the left arrow near the top
just causes my computer to beep.

Steps to Repro:

1) Start repo browser.
2) Select a path, right click, and Show Log.
3) Choose the From or To calendar widget.
4) Try to select a date be either clicking a calendar day or by using
the forward/backward arrows; neither work as expected.

I am rolling back to an older client to work around the issue. Thanks,
