Bug: When moving files within project archive, commiting with Ctrl-Enter slows down the operation

Hi there.
 
Recently I had to move many files from a folder into a subfolder
(project archive). Each time I was asked for a commit message. When
clicking OK, the operation finishes quickly. But when pressing
Ctrl-Enter instead, it takes a very long (~1 minute) time!
 
Btw: In the project archive, I can select multiple files. Why can't I
move all these selected files at once? (Feature request ;)
