[PATCH] Disable "Confirm" Button in all dialogs (except commit)

Hi,

this is an addition to my previous patch "[PATCH] Disable OK-Button in commit
dialog when no items are selected". The previous patch only deactivated the
ok button in the "commit" dialog. This patch now also implements the
de-/activation in all other dialogs.

In the following dialogs the OK-button to confirm the action is now disabled
if no files are selected.
- Add
- Create Patch
- Resolve
- Revert
- Lock
