[PATCH] Disable OK-Button in commit dialog when no items are selected

Hi,

I propose the following patch

In the commit dialog the OK-Button is now disabled if no items are selected.
Before the change the OK-Button was only de/-activated depending on
tsvn:logminsize which resulted in commits, which weren't executed because no
files had been selected.
