Hm, you're right, I neglected this case. But I really don't like a folder name
inside the TortoiseSVN menu, because you would see them everywhere, not only in
the File menu. As far as I know from the mailing list, it is not possible to
determine wether the TSVN menu is displayed in context menu or File menu.
