Problem 1.3.0: Export from working copy with moderately deep paths fails with path too long error

From: Paul Coddington <Paul.Coddington_at_centacare-canberra.org>

This is version 1.3.0 (downloaded pre-built from official site) running on Windows XP Pro SP2.
After Googling the discussion groups and searching the issue tracker, this appears to be previously unreported.

Description:

During right-click drag-n-drop 'SVN Export*" operations, an error message appears that indicates the process failed because the path is too long. Perhaps this is a restriction on Explorer context menu operations, but the path limit seems to be significantly shorter than for other TortoiseSVN features. This happens quite a lot, giving the impression that the limit may be unnaturally short.
