64-bit build

Hi,

as of revision 5458, TortoiseSVN can be built for x64 systems. I've
adjusted the build scripts, and everything went fine here on my OS
(which is *not* 64-bit, neither is my processor), using the cross compiler.

Now, it needs testing and maybe adjusting. So please, if you have a
64-bit processor and a 64-bit OS, grab the source and run the build
script. You should get an msi as the result, which you then can try to
install.
