I don't like the idea to always see "TortoiseSVN (folder)" or "TortoiseSVN
(filename)"...
But what about using different Tortoise icons in front of them? I don't know if
this is possible. One with a file icon and one with a folder. If you see them
both, the difference between the items would be clear.

If this can't be done easily, don't bother and just ignore it. It would maybe be
a nice-to-have for those using the File menu.
