Revision Graph Suffers Intermittent Failures? [1.3.0]

Short Description:
--------------------------
When I try to run a "Revision Graph" against files with complex histories, I
get a "No Graph Available" message instead of a pretty picture.

Sometimes, on very simple files or test repositories I will get a graph
(with icons and what appears to be the correct styling.) This same
repository would generate revision graphs for even the most complex file
histories with the previous client I ran, 1.2.4. The 1.3.0 client seems to
take roughly the same amount of time as the previous client to ready the
"graph".

I did also try doing another clean checkout of the repository with 1.3.0 and
generating graphs in that WC has the same result.

Is anyone else seeing something like this? I'm the only use so far to
upgrade to 1.3.0 (which is very nice, btw!) and I am curious if this issue
will be isolated to my machine or if everyone will see it. If anyone has
any clues, thanks in advance!
