TSVN 1.3.0 glitches

TSVN v1.3.0 seems great. Just a couple of glitches:

I've seen a red 'changed' symbol appear on the '.svn' folder!! Disappeared
after F5.

TortoiseBlame crashes intermitently when showing blame results (I just ran
Blame on a file from rev 1 to HEAD). Seems to be related to moving over
the menu / rev number column? Is HEAD deliberatly not selected in the
Blame dialog?

The installer doesn't make clear that the '_SVN' setting is only needed for
VS2002 / 2003, not VS2005.
