Bug with TortoiseSVN 1.3.0, Build 5416

It looks like I've found a weird bug. I'm not subscribed, so please CC: any
responses.

I go to my working directory and click one of my source files in Windows
Explorer (XP). Now I look at the "File" menu, keeping the file selected. I
have two TortoiseSVN menus, and they different menu items available. This is
quite confusing.
