Odd. I *did* use a different working directory than the documentation
suggests, since it was easier that way. It doesn't seem that was the
cause of the problem, though - an "attrib /s privkey.pem" reveals only
the file that I manually created.

Either way it's safe to leave the privkey.pem generate command in the
docs, obviously. But I can send a patch which notes that the step
"might not be necessary" or some such if you want?
