TortoiseSVN 1.3.0 released

After two RC (release candidates) and a one week soak period, we're
proud to announce the release of TortoiseSVN 1.3.0.

This version is linked against Subversion 1.3.0 and includes all the new
features that version of the Subversion library provides.
There have also been many enhancements in TortoiseSVN itself. The full

If you are wondering about the automatic authentication with a windows
domain you might have heard will be available in Subversion 1.3.x,

With this new release, all previous releases won't be maintained
anymore, except for security fixes.
