Feature request: Diff added/deleted files in commit dialog

From: Steve Hoelzer <shoelzer_at_gmail.com>

When I double click a modified file in the commit dialog, I get a diff
of the base and working copy of that file. When I double click on an
added or deleted file in that same dialog, nothing happens. I think a
good default behavior would be to diff against an empty file.

I know you can right click -> open in the case of an added file, but
the only option for a deleted file is revert. I'd like to be able to
double check the contents of the files I'm adding or deleting and I'm
used to looking at diffs when I'm committing so diffing against an
empty file makes sense to me.
