File it and I'll do it, if I can find the WinVersion property value that
denotes x64 and make the appearance of the shortcut conditional on that.

Should this desktop shortcut launch the same thing that the current
start menu sc to TSVN does - the "this is a shell extension, RTFM" popup
kind of thing?
