another try with SSPI, please test

Hi,

I've hacked around neon to fix the SSPI issue and came up with another
fix. This one now *should* work, because I've looked at other projects
how they do it, and implemented their 'fix' for this issue (yes, other
projects had the same issue, as the comments indicate. See
