I tested it, and it all works like it did back with 1.2.4. I get prompted
for the user/pass and it works with valid credentials. Saving
authentication also works. Thanks for the quick turnaround.

It also seems to fix the other issue I mentioned where even with valid SSPI
credentials from within the domain, everything would work but it was still
performing 2 queries that resulted in 401's before a correct query. Now it
seems to do 1 query with no authentication getting a 401, then do the 8 or 9
queries with authentication for the SVN command. As a result, speed of
history diffs etc. is back to how it was before 1.3.x
