Trouble applying patch

Hi Folks,

I had trouble applying the attached patch with TortoiseSVN (Patch created
with TortoiseSVN 1.3.0, Build 5329 - 32 Bit -dev) against my Subversion
working copy. TortoiseMerge complains that it cannot find the "Index" line.
I had received a patch by someone else wich I couldn't apply either, so I
tried to create a patch myself, which also fails to apply (right-click,
apply patch, select file). Any ideas?
