Log Viewer Open With...

I have a minor problem with the Open With ... command in the log viewer:

* Open the log viewer (TSVN --> Show Log...)
* Select a changeset
* Right click on a file with a file extension that is not associated
with any windows application (I used a .po file) and select Open
With...

Instead of showing a list of applications, windows displays the
message that fhe file could not be opened, and allows me to search for
an application on the internet, or manually select an application (in
German: "Die folgende Datei kann nicht geöffnet werden ... Wie möchten
SIe vorgegen? o Webdienst für Suche nach einem geeigneten Programm...
o Programm aus einer Liste wählen")
This is the same dialog as I usually get when running an unknown file
type from explorer, or when I select Open instead of Open With...

I would expect the dialog to select the application right away,
without the windows error message.

Bug or feature?
