Tsvn cache exception

Got a TsvnCache exception (0xc00000024) at location 0x77fac57c when I opened
explorer (in dual-pane mode) to view some files under tSvn control.

The cache then reloaded and everything was fine.
 
Unknown what triggered the exception.
