Maybe, but I don't want to :)
Seriously: the autolist.txt is an important file. If there's something
wrong with it, you could end up with a crash every time you try to
commit something.
So I'd very much like it if an installation overwrites that file to a
clean, well known state.
Besides: that file resides in the installation folder of TSVN, and
users should never mess around with files in there (depending on your
user rights, you might not even have the rights to write/modify files
in there!).

If you have a regex for special files, send the regex here so we can
include it in the autolist.txt officially.
