That's too bad. I'll check if I can download msi3.0 individually.

There's a difference between Service Pack's and Hotfixes. You can
deploy individual hotfixes without installing Service Packs to get the
same level of security.

My problem is that deploying Service Packs is managed by our internal
IT department, which may ( or may not ) have good reasons not to migrate
all PC's to SP4. TortoiseSVN is used here by some 350 people ( and
is much appreciated BTW ), so it's not only myself I have to solve
this problem for.
