Cool! Sorry fo the misinformation. Have to check what's up at windoze land.

Second on that.
And again!

Will provide a few testers for the Japanese encodings (Shift_JIS, EUC-JP, ISO-2022-JP) and Cyrillinc
ones (Windows-1251, KOI8-R) and UTF-8 as we need that for work. so far my requests went to a dead
end and the devs use gvimdiff if absolutely necesarry only (as a result there is a small mess at
least once a week, ouch).
