Currently the doc build script needs too much "external" stuff. It was self
contained when I committed it for the first time, but now it needs some
versioninfo and toolpaths stuff from outside its folder. I'll have a go at
it and make it self contained again.

My idea is to have three levels for the dpc build script:
1) doc.build - completely project independent. Needs the customizations from
doc.build.include
2) doc.build.include - contains all the project specific routines and
properties
3) doc.build.user - contains all the user specific stuff (paths, ...)
