Minor issue in doc

Hi,

This is a sentence from TortoiseSVN.pot:

> Adds all targets in <placeholder-1/> to the ignore list, i.e. adds
> the svn:ignored property to those files.

Shouldn't it be:

> Adds all targets in <placeholder-1/> to the ignore list, i.e. adds
> those files to svn:ignored property of their folder.

IIRC, svn:ignored is a folder property, so the files are added to the
property and not otherwise.
