Starting Windows Explorer with <Windows> + E results in "No command value specified!" messagebox

Hi,
my Laptop was in standby modus, after wakeup I pressed Windows+E to start Windows Explorer, Instead of him I got a messagebox "TortoiseSVN" - "No command value specified!". This occurred with the nightly from the 10-Dec, found the screen shoot today. Since then I never had that again. Maybe this is helpful to somebody.
