I still can't reproduce this.

global-ignores = *.bsc *.csi *.dbg *.exp *.idb *.ilk *.ncb *.opt *.pch *.pdb
*.plg *.sbr *.vbw Thumbs.db

Using the above line all Thumbs.db files created by Windows on my machine
are ignored. What am I missing here?
