Wrong error message on checkout with non-existent externals

Hello,

I noticed following during tests with a checkout which contains externals
which do NOT exist.

Tsvn error:
External: Y:\TEST\MBBFrame
Error: Working copy 'Y:\TEST' locked
Error: Please execute the "Cleanup" command.

Error with svn co 'url', makes more sense:

Fetching external item into 'trunk\MBBFrame'
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/MMC/common/MBBFrame/trunk/MBBFrame'
svn: PROPFIND of '/svn/MMC/common/MBBFrame/trunk/MBBFrame': 301 Moved
