Ah. I was using msbuild, as suggested by George. Does vcexpress.exe take
the same parameters as devenv.com?

OK. Worth persisting then. I'd like to be able to build SubWCRev at
least. In fact I can already compile the files just fine in the VC
Express IDE, but of course I need the SVN libs for linking. Let's see
what DJ comes up with.
