[TSVN] VC2005 (Express) users: please try x64 branch

Hi dev,

I just created a branch from /trunk@5201 and added the platform
settings for 64 bit builds. VC Express may not be able to handle
the two platforms. So, please try to open the project files in that branch
and post the result (works / doesn't work):

http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/branches/x64/

Furthermore, I tweaked the build scripts to be platform-aware.
Could somebody check whether they still work with VC Express
and the Win32 target?
