[TSVN] Explorer hangs?

The above was yesterday.
Today after sending the "congratulatory" reply screen updating became a
problem.
CPU idle %99 so nothing else hogging the processor.
Only a few controls like the TaskBar were responsive to mouse clicks.
Might need to leave the jury out on this one, because my cable ISP is
having awful trouble keeping a signal up so it would be nice to think
it's a "Windows" problem and not yours.
