Feature request: set BugID from command-line

I see that the 1.3 release will have a /logmsgfile command-line parameter
for filling in the commit dialog's log message. It would be very helpful to
be able to also say /bugid:"123" or /bugid:"123,234" from the command-line
and have it pre-populate the BugID field if it is visible.

Here's the scenario that motivates this. Say I've just finished fixing a
bug that's on my to-do list in my favorite issue tracker. I've written a
little app that lists all the bugs assigned to me, with checkboxes next to
the items. I click the check-box next to the item I've just resolved, hit a
Commit button, and up pops TSVN's Commit dialog, with the appropriate BugID
already filled in.

Of course that's just a baby step toward issue tracker integration nirvana:
being able to supply a list of BugIDs/descriptions to the TSVN commit dialog
that it will display with checkboxes (in-line or in another tab), similar to
Visual Studio Team System....
