No dice with 5165.

TSVNCacheWindow: TSVNCache.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x004098d1" referenced memory at "0x0000105d". The
memory could not be "read".

Maybe this is a "duh" for you, but I found a better reproduction method.

1. start with *no* explorer windows open
2. run filemon (with "TSVNCache*X:" include filter)
3. net use x: \\server\share
4. open new explorer window
5. filemon will definitly show accesses to X:
6. immediately as you see TSVNCache accesses to X: in filemon run
   net use X: /d
