CCC - Cleanup crashes cache

Hi Folks,

Today I had three crashes of the Cache with (TortoiseSVN 1.3.0, Build 5085 -
32 Bit) on the same WC
Twice I ran cleanup, because one of the icon overlays on a folder still
showed modified after a successful commit. After the cache crashed and
resumed, the icon switched to the unmodified overlay.
Once the cache crashed directly after a commit. Any known / fixed issue
here?

I know, I don't run the latest nightly on this PC...
