I know that one is there. This is about not *recursing* into unversioned
folders - just show the unversioned folder itself and ignore its
children, like the CLI does. Maybe it doesn't even need an option,
although that means you can only add a folder recursively from that
dialog. Maybe that's not a bad thing.

This is mainly about reducing clutter in the CSVNStatusListCtrl, not
speed. It's not an important issue, just a minor convenience feature.
